Hospital and private counts come from canonical site statistics. "Hospital + IHF" coverage in Ontario means OHIP covers hospital programmes for the 14 Health Canada-recognised conditions; select Independent Health Facilities may also bill OHIP for approved indications, with eligibility varying by facility and indication. Disrupted coverage in Saskatchewan reflects the Wigmore Moose Jaw chamber's partial reopening since July 2021. PEI, Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut have no in-province chamber and route patients out of province for HBOT.
